Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,389 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein-DNA complex assembly, Regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, and U2-type prespliceosome assembly. Each is linked with USP11 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP11-to-partner and partner-to-USP11 results are reported.
