The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher USP10 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated USP10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and COAD show a favorable association.
LUAD, PDAC, and COAD are the cancer types where USP10 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
