Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,790 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CFDP1, DHX38, and HSDL1. Each is linked with USP10 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP10-to-partner and partner-to-USP10 results are reported.
