Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,936 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP10-associated genes across cancer lineages are EMC8, GINS2, and RFWD3. Each is linked with USP10 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP10-to-partner and partner-to-USP10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP10 versus EMC8 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
