Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP10-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, eIF4E, and ACC1. Each is linked with USP10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP10-to-partner and partner-to-USP10 results are reported.
