Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP10-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLPS, TBATA, and IL2. Each is linked with USP10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP10-to-partner and partner-to-USP10 results are reported.
