Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,388 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLD1, MSH2, and NASP. Each is linked with USP1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP1-to-partner and partner-to-USP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP1 versus POLD1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
