Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,455 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAXIP1, TUBB, and HMGB2. Each is linked with USP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP1-to-partner and partner-to-USP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USP1 versus PAXIP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
