Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,791 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP325, RPL5P7, and CGB2. Each is linked with USP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP1-to-partner and partner-to-USP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP325 grouped by USP1-low versus USP1-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→USP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
