Across TCGA patient cohorts, USP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, ATM, and INPP4B. Each is linked with USP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP1-to-partner and partner-to-USP1 results are reported.
