Across TCGA cell cohorts, USP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,076 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of chromosome condensation, Positive regulation of chromosome segregation, and Regulation of centrosome duplication. Each is linked with USP1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USP1-to-partner and partner-to-USP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of chromosome condensation grouped by USP1-low versus USP1-high in BONE.
