USH2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USH2A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 107 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USH2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, PCNA, and Caveolin-1. Each is linked with USH2A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USH2A-to-partner and partner-to-USH2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by USH2A-low versus USH2A-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USH2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→USH2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
