USH1G

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USH1G mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USH1G-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, eEF2, and eIF4E. Each is linked with USH1G in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USH1G-to-partner and partner-to-USH1G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by USH1G-low versus USH1G-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USH1G→partner) and Y-score (partner→USH1G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
