USF3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,389 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USF3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GSK3B, NIT2, and CPOX. Each is linked with USF3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USF3-to-partner and partner-to-USF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USF3 versus GSK3B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→USF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
