USF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USF3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 58 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, ASNS, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with USF3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USF3-to-partner and partner-to-USF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by USF3-low versus USF3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→USF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
