USF3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, USF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 348 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIGLEC5, TTLL8, and PBOV1. Each is linked with USF3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USF3-to-partner and partner-to-USF3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SIGLEC5 grouped by USF3-low versus USF3-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→USF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
