USF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,444 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBA2, SAE1, and TBCB. Each is linked with USF2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USF2-to-partner and partner-to-USF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USF2 versus UBA2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→USF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
