Across TCGA patient cohorts, USF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,562 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EID2B, ZNF227, and ZNF180. Each is linked with USF2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USF2-to-partner and partner-to-USF2 results are reported.
