USF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 879 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LIN7C, LRRC4C, and INCENP. Each is linked with USF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USF2-to-partner and partner-to-USF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LIN7C grouped by USF2-low versus USF2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→USF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
