Across TCGA cell cohorts, USF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,965 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible USF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane, Regulation of Golgi inheritance, and Regulation of protein localization to nucleus. Each is linked with USF2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USF2-to-partner and partner-to-USF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane grouped by USF2-low versus USF2-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
