Across TCGA cell cohorts, USF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GHRH, KRT37, and KCNJ5. Each is linked with USF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USF2-to-partner and partner-to-USF2 results are reported.
