USF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,750 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADAR, GATAD2B, and HDGF. Each is linked with USF1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USF1-to-partner and partner-to-USF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, USF1 versus ADAR in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→USF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
