USF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 527 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11H1, RNA5SP86, and MIR6715A. Each is linked with USF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USF1-to-partner and partner-to-USF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR11H1 grouped by USF1-low versus USF1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→USF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
