USF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, USF1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, Notch1, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with USF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USF1-to-partner and partner-to-USF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by USF1-low versus USF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (USF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→USF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
