Across TCGA cell cohorts, USF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,639 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible USF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VAMP3, CARF, and SRR. Each is linked with USF1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both USF1-to-partner and partner-to-USF1 results are reported.
