UROS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UROS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,507 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UROS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GLRX3, CACUL1, and UBN2. Each is linked with UROS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UROS-to-partner and partner-to-UROS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UROS→partner) and Y-score (partner→UROS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
