UROS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UROS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 412 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UROS-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-2P, RN7SL822P, and RNA5SP413. Each is linked with UROS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UROS-to-partner and partner-to-UROS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UROS→partner) and Y-score (partner→UROS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
