UROC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, UROC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible UROC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, S6_pS240_S244, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with UROC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both UROC1-to-partner and partner-to-UROC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by UROC1-low versus UROC1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (UROC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→UROC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
