URM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, URM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 11,907 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible URM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, ADAMTS12, and XIRP2. Each is linked with URM1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both URM1-to-partner and partner-to-URM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by URM1-low versus URM1-high in ACC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (URM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→URM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
