URM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, URM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 682 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible URM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MON1A, SMIM4, and MRPL13. Each is linked with URM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both URM1-to-partner and partner-to-URM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MON1A grouped by URM1-low versus URM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (URM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→URM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
