Across TCGA cell cohorts, URM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,047 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible URM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Dolichol phosphate mannose biosynthetic process, Positive regulation of mRNA 3'-end processing, and RNA export from nucleus. Each is linked with URM1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both URM1-to-partner and partner-to-URM1 results are reported.
