Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, URGCP mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated URGCP data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher URGCP mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated URGCP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and PDAC show a favorable association.

COAD, CCRCC, and PDAC are the cancer types where URGCP mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
