URGCP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, URGCP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,569 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible URGCP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PURB, HIBADH, and SEPTIN10. Each is linked with URGCP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both URGCP-to-partner and partner-to-URGCP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, URGCP versus PURB in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (URGCP→partner) and Y-score (partner→URGCP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
