Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, URGCP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,404 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible URGCP-associated genes across cancer lineages are STK17A, COA1, and TAX1BP1. Each is linked with URGCP in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both URGCP-to-partner and partner-to-URGCP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, URGCP versus STK17A in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.23.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (URGCP→partner) and Y-score (partner→URGCP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
