Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, URGCP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,004 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible URGCP-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRIM1, C4orf46, and ATG12. Each is linked with URGCP in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both URGCP-to-partner and partner-to-URGCP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRIM1 grouped by URGCP-low versus URGCP-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (URGCP→partner) and Y-score (partner→URGCP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
