Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, URGCP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible URGCP-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bap1-c-4, CD31, and eEF2. Each is linked with URGCP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both URGCP-to-partner and partner-to-URGCP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Bap1-c-4 grouped by URGCP-low versus URGCP-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (URGCP→partner) and Y-score (partner→URGCP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
