Across TCGA cell cohorts, URGCP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,803 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible URGCP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are 2-oxoglutarate decarboxylation to succinyl-CoA, Negative regulation of autophagy, and Endosomal transport. Each is linked with URGCP in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both URGCP-to-partner and partner-to-URGCP results are reported.
