URGCP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, URGCP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 141 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible URGCP-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXS1, OPALIN, and TSSK1B. Each is linked with URGCP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both URGCP-to-partner and partner-to-URGCP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FOXS1 grouped by URGCP-low versus URGCP-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (URGCP→partner) and Y-score (partner→URGCP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
