URB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, URB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,626 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible URB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POGZ, PUS7, and ARID4B. Each is linked with URB2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both URB2-to-partner and partner-to-URB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, URB2 versus POGZ in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (URB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→URB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
