URB2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, URB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,407 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible URB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYBL2, RCAN2, and CDC25A. Each is linked with URB2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both URB2-to-partner and partner-to-URB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, URB2 versus MYBL2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (URB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→URB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
