URB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, URB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,927 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible URB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLE2, ACRV1, and CENPU. Each is linked with URB2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both URB2-to-partner and partner-to-URB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POLE2 grouped by URB2-low versus URB2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (URB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→URB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
