Across TCGA cell cohorts, URB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,537 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible URB2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA strand elongation involved in DNA replication, DNA replication, and DNA-templated DNA replication. Each is linked with URB2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both URB2-to-partner and partner-to-URB2 results are reported.
