URB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, URB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 525 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible URB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OPN1MW2, OR52B2, and CD300H. Each is linked with URB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both URB2-to-partner and partner-to-URB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OPN1MW2 grouped by URB2-low versus URB2-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (URB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→URB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
