Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, URB1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated URB1 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher URB1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated URB1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LIHC, ACC, and UCEC are the cancer types where URB1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
