URB1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, URB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,477 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible URB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYBL2, HJURP, and AURKB. Each is linked with URB1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both URB1-to-partner and partner-to-URB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, URB1 versus MYBL2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (URB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→URB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
