URB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, URB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,199 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible URB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4510, MIR200A, and SCARNA23. Each is linked with URB1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both URB1-to-partner and partner-to-URB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4510 grouped by URB1-low versus URB1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (URB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→URB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
