Across TCGA cell cohorts, URB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 348 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible URB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM171A1, PPIAL4F, and ARMH2. Each is linked with URB1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both URB1-to-partner and partner-to-URB1 results are reported.
