The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher URAD Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated URAD expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PRAD and SARC are the cancer types where URAD Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
