Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, URAD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible URAD-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6877, RN7SL228P, and RNU7-176P. Each is linked with URAD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both URAD-to-partner and partner-to-URAD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (URAD→partner) and Y-score (partner→URAD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
