Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, UQCRHP4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated UQCRHP4 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher UQCRHP4 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated UQCRHP4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and SKCM show a favorable association.
LIHC, READ, and UVM are the cancer types where UQCRHP4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
